Vitamin D Sunlight Time – When To Sit Under The Sun?

When To Sit Under The Sun?

Is there any accurate time to sit under the sun?

Well, Earth is not flat!

No time is accurate for each and every country.

So whether you live in India, America, or Africa – You need to figure out your own sun-time.

Why?

Because –

  • Morning and evening time changes.
  • Season changes.
  • So sun exposure time changes.

However, you don’t need a scientist to figure it out!

“Based on a case study, the best sunlight time is when your shadow is shorter than you.”

If you are fair skin, spend about 10 to 15 minutes in the sun daily.

If you are dark skin, spend about 20 to 25 minutes in the sun daily.

But no formula is accurate for everyone.

My body’s capacity is different from yours. So before jumping to any conclusion, check your Vitamin D level and consult a good physician.

A good physician can guide you about what kind of lifestyle changes, clothes, diet, and exercise can help you to get the best of Vitamin D.

And if your Vitamin D level is low, supplements can help you get to a steady level.

So check your Vitamin D level now. The sooner, the better!

To your own sun,

Cheers!

Hi! I am Anjana. I want to explore everything under the sun but life is too brief for that so I choose to write cuz It’s fun to write. I am not a pro writer. I don’t know how to write. This is my little effort to connect with you and touch you virtually…. with my writing.
